New Home Construction Inspection
- Pre-Drywall Home Inspection – The drywall has not been installed yet, allowing us to evaluate your home’s electrical wiring, heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing components, and the foundation and structural components. This inspection informs you about any construction issues before the components are concealed.
- New Construction Final Inspection – After your new home has been built, and prior to your taking possession as the owner, we will inspect the new house and prepare an itemized list of areas that need to be addressed by the builder, before your purchase is finalized at settlement.
- One Year Inspection – We will identify any issues that the builder needs to correct before you are “on your own.”
